We developed a strong and simple CRM programme for Granite Transformations that encourages customers to become advocates of the brand. Shortly after installation, the franchisee calls back to check all is okay and hands over a bag of goodies as a thank you gift.

As well as a cookbook, apron, heat-protecting trivet, fridge magnet and eco-friendly microfibre cleaning cloth, it contains a loyalty chequebook that rewards friends with a discount and the householder with shopping vouchers for successful referrals.

In addition, the bag makes a handy shopper and helps promote the brand to a wider market.
